RETURN A PRODUCT

RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT

You may return or exchange any item purchased on louisabracq.com within 14 days of delivery.
Returns are free for orders delivered within mainland France and Belgium.

Returns:

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return any item purchased on louisabracq.com directly from your customer account.

To make a return:
Send a return request within 14 days to contact@louisabracq.com, specifying:

  • Your first name
  • Your last name
  • The order reference number
  • The items being returned
  • The reason for the return

Returns are free for orders delivered within mainland France and Belgium.

You will receive a return number and a prepaid return label by email, which must be attached to your package before dropping it off at the post office or a collection point.

For returns from countries other than France or Belgium, you will also receive a return number, but shipping costs remain your responsibility.

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 7 days after receiving your package.

You can then reorder the same product in another size or explore other items.

Items must be returned in perfect resale condition: complete, tagged, new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Any item not meeting these conditions will be refused and returned.

Delivery is carried out within 3 to 5 business days.
It is free for orders over €70.

We offer several shipping options according to your preference:

  • Mondial Relay: delivery to a pickup point – €4 for France.

  • Colissimo: home delivery – between €6.90 and €11.90 depending on the destination country.

  • Chronopost Home: express 24-hour delivery, cost varies by country – between €9.90 and €11.90.

  • Chronopost Relay: express 24-hour delivery to a pickup point – between €4 and €5 depending on the country.

  • UPS :express 48-hour delivery, cost varies by country – between €14.90 and €19.90.

 

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and periods of high activity.

The total amount will be charged to your card at the time of shipment or when your order is made available in-store.

If you have selected home delivery or delivery to a Relay point, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email

  • A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and your invoice

If your order is expected to be delayed, you will be notified by email.

We recommend checking your email’s“spam” or “junk” folderand ensuring thatcontact@louisabracq.comis added to your list of approved senders.

This will prevent our emails from being blocked by your email’s spam filter in the future.
